Priority to opening the company, the owner of S& L Contracting and Service Inc., worked in the Home Improvement/Construction business as a construction worker for 13 years. In additional, each employees of S&L Contracting and Service Inc. have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Yes. S&L contracting and Service Inc. is license and insured in Westchester County, Rockland County, Putnam County and Yonkers and it will be expanding to NJ and CT. in 2020.
To give the homeowner a piece of mine, S&L Contracting and Service Inc. will works in behalf of the homeowner to obtain all permits that are required by their town of residency, priority of doing any job. Also, they will obtaining the COC at the end of each job.
The payment may vary base on the job and duration. But usually, its a 30% at contract signature. 30% half way of the job and 40% when the job is completed. We take credit card, checks and cash.
